It’s been almost 3 years and the cocktail competition is back! Come out to Shoku Izakaya a night of fun, mixology and prizes to cheer on and support our Fairmont Canadian Western Region Mixologist, Sam Clark. Made in collaboration with Fairview Bar & Restaurant, competitors will be using the iconic Wild Life Distillery Fairview Gin to curate a truly unique cocktail.
